We have orientation and mentoring programs designed to make new grads comfortable and confident in their career with Rehab Resources.

Our new grad program is designed exclusively for new therapy graduates in mind to ensure that they are working with team members who can properly train, mentor and supervise a new graduate therapist.

Whether you are a new grad still 6-18 months from finishing school, or just passed your license exam and ready to look at immediate openings, we are interested in hearing more about how your unique skill set can benefit our patients, families and residents. Rehab Resources and sister company Little Lukes in Oswego NY offer employment to over 200 local therapists in Central New York.  This includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, occupational therapy assistants and physical therapist assistants.
